Message for Professional Recruiters and Staffing Agencies:
Red Spot Paint & Varnish Inc. (“Red Spot”) Corporate Human Resources Department is the localized point for all recruitment and hiring needs for Red Spot and its subsidiaries. Red Spot from time to time may utilize outside temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”) for placement needs. If your Agency is interested in working with Red Spot, it may contact the HR Department and will work directly with this group. Agencies are directed NOT to contact Red Spot employees, outside of the HR Department, directly in an attempt to present candidates.
We do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies/staffing firms or recruiters. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Red Spot via: mailing address, email, fax machine, directly to a Red Spot Employee, to a Red Spot posting, etc. will be considered Red Spot property. Red Spot will consider any candidate that was submitted by an agency as unsolicited, free of any charges or fees.
Agencies must obtain a written approval from Red Spot’s Corporate Human Resources Department to submit resumes or engage in services. The agreement must be specific to a position, current, and signed by a member of the Human Resources Department. Red Spot will not pay any fees to any Agency that does not have a signed, current agreement in place.
