Most of our innovation the past 75 years has been tied to plastic - high performance coatings for plastic. From the time someone thought to paint this brand new material back in the 1940's, Red Spot was there, accepting the challenge, developing specialized coatings that would perform on this new material. Red Spot embraced coatings for plastic applications then, and we are still embracing this ever changing material today.

People are the key to our success. Being located in a small city in the middle of one of the largest agriculture centers in the U.S., we have a strong work ethic, and a “can do” attitude that our country was built upon. The saying, “where there’s a will, there’s a way’, could have been coined at Red Spot.
Another motto that we claim is, “under promise and over deliver”. Our customers must deliver painted parts to their customers on-time, and need paint to meet their schedules. Our business model depends on our being able to satisfy our customers’ needs--24/7/365. This is what we do, and who we are.
